In a letter that preceded BART's current negative campaign against its own employees, General Manager Dorothy Dugger wrote a really nice letter congratulating BART's frontilne workers (that's us!) for being "stellar performers," "consistently level-headed and professional," and for "continuing to provide the excellent public service that is our standard."
